An Expansive Tasting at Hugel (Riquewihr, France) : Medium yellow. Typical high toned floral aromas that bump up against my tolerance for these components. Medium weight, glycerine but not oily. Sweet citrus entry, average acidity, and back end soil and cyanic bite. This comes across as harsh and not perfectly balanced despite its 14 grams of sugar.
