Domaine Michel Gay et Fils Beaune 1er Cru Coucherias Vieilles Vignes

Quite a bit of whole bunch would have been used here. Can taste those stalky but well integrated tannins. The fruit is more of a rolling gentleness rather than a jarring powerful wine. I drunk this with antipasto styled food and found it very tasty.
