Tasted 2 bottles. The first was very far along, surprisingly evolved. That's my polite way of saying "premox'd". The second bottle was better, more balanced, but still trending toward the flabby side. The second bottle, I like well enough for the price ($23). I think I'm done with these unless there's another one or two hiding in my wife's cellar.

Notes of orange and creme brûlée on the nose and a bit of oxidative development. On the palate, more of the same, where the development takes on some background caramel and graham cracker. While the initial attack seems a bit flabby, this isn't about puckering acidity or impressions of minerality. There is a backbone of acidity to provide a balance along with a bit of tannic-like dry on the finish. Going purely off the mid palate, I'd say "drink these …

Drinking very well ... Lemon-citrus flavor with hints of orange honey and hazelnut... solid minerality and nice backbone of acidity ... nice counterpoint to typical buttery-oaky chards from California .. paired well with sesame chicken with cous-cous and mango...
