Palate: dry, medium(+) acidity, high alcohol (15%!), full bodied. Medium(+) intensity, medium length finish. honeydew melon, lemon peel, lemon curd. White blossoms. Passion fruit, guava. Honey. Vanilla? Quite rich and full bodied, with some secondary and maybe even tertiary aged character, becoming honeyed. Conclusions: very good. Can drink now, but maybe ok to age for a few more years. …
