3 months after bottling - perfecto! Faint aromas of pineapple and melon, BIG flavors of melon and lemon rind, perfectly balanced and luscious. Need to start another one NOW for winemaker competition!

One month after bottling. Faint aromas of honeydew melon and citrus rind. Super clear, sparkling light gold in color - lovely! Nice flavors of pear, peach, and citrus; just off-dry with nice minerality in the finish. Tasting great already!

Partial bottle from day of bottling. Aromas very faint, probably has some bottle shock; might also be too cold since had in regular refrigerator. Tastes very nice, though again muted; but even so, perfectly balanced and quite drinkable. Another winner!
