Fattoria Torre Gaia Greco Sannio

A solid little greco, with nice aromas of honey, tarragon, and Vidalia onion. Medium to full bodied and broad in the mouth, though this does have enough acidity to give it some drive. Finishes with creamy lemon and herb flavors. Good with grilled asparagus and halibut.
