Lame Rosse Sicilia Erare

Nice Sicilian merlot. Quite clear flavours of the fruits one would expect, like black cherry and some dark plum. Balance is alright, even if I usually appreciate some more acidity. Not overly complex nor terribly intense. Towards the end there's a note of cloves and an unexpected hint of beer yeast, like the last drops from a bottle of Belgian blonde beer.
