I seem to be having a better experience with this wine than other cellartracker.com tasters. …...and this bottle was better than one I consumed last June or so. Probably the best value in my inventory right now.

I continue to rate this wine better that other cellartracker.com reviewers. I confess that I like this style of wine.....this blend. Other than that, I cannot explain why I give it higher ratings. This vintage is still drinking well, but I would be a drinker.

Consistent with previous bottle. Simple quaffable white that is very food friendly.

Pale straw color. Nose of lemon, green apple and limestone. Similar flavors on the palate with some definite wet limestone flavors. Medium acid with a rounded mouthfeel. Not overly complex but drinks well and a solid QPR.

Retailer tasting; just short notes. : Flowers, green apples and lemon. Good acidity. This 50/50 Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon is fermented and raised in stainless steel. 85 - 86

I have the 2014, 2015 and 2016 of this one. The latter two were extremely good years for all Bordeaux wine. Like the 2015, the 2016 is a little elevated over the 2014. It has a lot of complexity and balance for such an inexpensive wine.
