Aired in bottle over 2 hours.On the nose a little reticent but showed on the palate smooth dark fruit,discreet toffee,nuts and oaky hints.Velvety,elegant and delicious.Smooth tannic grip.Really classy stuff.One of those wines I just wanted to sip more of after the steak dinner.

Last part of vinification goes in barrique where wine stays for a year. Deep garnet. Ruby red with garnet rim. Nose of coffee, chocolate, figs, walnut, tobacco. Very smooth in the mouse. Long finish. To drink now. Davvero un bel vino. Direi pronto da bere. Rosso rubino limpido, unghia granata. Naso sui sentori terziari, caffè, cioccolato, noce, fichi, fiori secchi, tabacco. Ben bilanciato con tannini levigati. Finale lungo.
