Gala Vinarstvi Sauvignon Hermes

Opened my last bottle. There is virtually no fruit left and all I can taste is a hint of minerality and wood. Tastes like a 5 day leftover. Overall: Either flawed or the wine is simply just gone. Will not buy again.

The fruit comes from a young vineyard (9 years). 1/3 in an oak/accacia barrels. Nice fruit aromas with a touch of wood on palate. Very ripe vintage. Overall: Too heavy, lacks acidity and the typical Sauvignon crispiness. Got 95 points in the Czech W&D Guide.
