Highly recommended if this is your thing - Explosive aromas of fresh flowers like Hawthorn, bright crunchy strawberries and cranberries, not complex, light and bit savoury and quite transparent. 12.5% So easy to drink, bottle gone quickly during dinner.

Whole cluster mixed with carbonic maceration makes this a very interesting Pinot. Ripe and juicy red fruits, followed by stemmy green and earthy notes. Still very young. Drinkable and delicious now, but will be better in 3-5 years.

For style, this bottle particularly stands out for its extensive usage of stalks. While taking away the sweetness of fruit, it offers savory spiciness, especially well-integrated herbal freshness. Pale purple, even close to deep pink, this Australian pinot is surprisingly bright and structured. Welcoming but at the same time complex and gorgeously funky. Very satisfying.

Very pale red. Very pretty but slightly introverted at this point, this wine speaks in hushed tones, offer aromas of just ripe red raspberries, just ripe strawberries, sour red cherry candy, fresh red flowers and exotic spice. This is light bodied on the palate but turns more serious here with medium to medium+ acidity, and notably grippy tannin that emphasize more savory, raspberry leaf-like flavors. It will be interesting to see where this goes.

Lovely flowery flavors and packed with sour cranberry fruit. Some minerality and a lovely acidity balances out the wine very nicely. Great wine!

Extremely aromatic and approachable. Fresh peony, violet flowers. Bright cranberries. Reasonable depth with salty minerals, wet stones, bit of savoury earth and undergrowth. Love the lightness. Elegant. Just 12.5% abv.

Pale ruby colour. Medium and developing nose with strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, chocolate, potting soil and dried herbs. Medium taste of strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, chocolate, mocha, dried herbs and potting soil. Medium (+) long and dry finish. High acidity. Light tannins. Medium body. A very good Yara Valley Pinot Noir. Drink in five to ten years. Goes well with duck, poultry or pork.

so much better on day 2 disjointed and tight upon opening, needs some time to release the fruit and it all to come together looking forward to trying this with some more age

Red currant & raspberry with bramble underbrush notes and pastille. Good balance of tannin and acidity with no oak protruding. Stem is evident, but I enjoy that. Fresh, great depth and concentration. Better on day 2 when the fruit forward nature subsided and the stem before even more obvious.

Medium intensity nose of red berries. Sour cherries, strawberries and a hint of sappiness on the palate with medium+ acid and fine dusty tannins. Medium- body, silky texture. Towards the fruit end of Pinots, not in your-face like Central Otago. Well balanced and good length.
