Domaine Michel Mallard & Fils Ladoix 1er Cru La Corvée

A nicely balanced red burg. On the nose there are aromas of red cherries, rose petals, forest floor and cinnamon. On the palate, there is black-raspberry, red currant, rhubarb, mint, cocoa and baking spices. This wine has Med+ acidity, medium tannins and a nice finish.

Limited note since not many readers. Nice burg, beautiful color, lots of fruit, stiff tannins, hint of green - probably would age another decade. Alas, last bottle
