Visit to José Michel (Moussy) : In the nose slightly developed, dried fruit, apple. On the palate quite dry, fruity, medium acidity, fresh. 88-89 p? 2003 base wine (i.e. happens to be much older than the Brut version), 70% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay.
