This is all about fresh citrus fruits, a bit one dimensional, but for a fresh clean Riesling at a good price, this does it well.

Medium(-) yellow-green, no discernible tears. Light nose, inhibited by starting cold, of lemon zest and tropical fruits. Dry, medium(+) acidty, medium alcohol and medium(-) body, medium flavours of lemon, lychee, pineapple, green ripe apples, a tad herbaceous. Good crunchy mouthfiling texture, well-balanced fruit-acidity, long and focussed finish, not very complex and very enjoyable.

An evening with friends (Sojourn Restaurant) : The nose was fresh and uplifting with white flowers, sweet butter and a spritz of lime. On the palate, I found lemon pith and stony minerals, which started full and juicy but turned dry into the finish.
