Gabriele Rausse Nebbiolo

Happily surprised with this Nebbiolo from Virginia. At first the nose is berries but with time darker berries/cherry comes through. It doesn’t overwhelm you nose like an Italian Nebbiolo (not in a bad way). On the palate, a short lasting tannic experience, acidity medium. It’s paired great with a burger and was really enjoyable to drink. A light grip and refreshing Nebbiolo.
