Montesel Prosecco di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene

Initial aroma of honeydew and a little citrus. Medium bodied with bright acidity and a slightly oily mouthfeel. Opens up with air gaining more weight on the mid-palate and a hint of nuttiness (?) that's hard to describe. Hint of mineral on the finish. Significantly above average prosecco. Despite the lack of lees aging I find something slightly Champagne-like about the aromatics here.
