Meulenhof Erdener Treppchen Riesling Kabinett

Reached past this for something esle many times at Surdyks and finally decided to try one. Decent Mosel but could show a bit more lift and energy for my palate. Also, a smidge much petrol. Solid but not compelling.

Nose of honey, aloe, and ash. Racing acid with good depth of flavor - burnt peach, blood orange, and lime. More complex than 2015.

Can't recall having a more floral & feminine Riesling. Nose is Pure with White Honeysuckle blossoms and White Elder flowers dominating. Fine dose of wet stones, lift and hints of fresh cut strawberries. Would breathe this in through an atomizer if it were possible. Light and fresh on the palate, not much concentration but, whats there is electric. Lemony, slatey, Grassy, crisp strawberry goodness. 8% alc. Feinherb style, Drink em young...Na zdrowie
