I do not detect any salt note, sorry. When heated, subtle mineral touches appear. On the palate it is straight and somewhat austere but tasty, with good acidity and length. 95% hondarri zuri y 5% riesling. 8 meses de crianza combinando roble franc�s, casta�o y huevos de hormig�n. Nariz bien perfilada, con notas de fruta blanca en saz�n, matices florales, hierbas de infusi�n, casta�as asadas, vainilla. En boca tiene buen ataque, cierta untuosidad, hay sensaciones maduras pero tambi�n notable acidez, largo y bien definido. Un estilo "diferente" de txakol�, al menos diferente al que estoy acostumbrado. Con m�s peso y volumen.
