Beginning to turn pale amber, it is taking on some maturation notes. Possessing a delicate nose, infused with apple and citrus. The body was delicate and yet exhibited the drive and intensity that was surprising. Citrus, melon and pineapple and the oak playing a supporting role. Fine acidity indicating there is more to come and a beautiful flinty finish. Superb drop; drink now or 5+ years. No sign premox was detected.
