Tasted at a wine store on its second day. Purple fruit - blackberry, currants, and dark cherry. Smooth mid-palate with solid depth/concentration. Nice flavors of cocoa, cassis, some spice, oak, and a mineral/graphite component. Fairly long finish but the tannins could use some more time to soften-up further. Nonetheless, a nice wine - no surprise of the 94 rating from WA. 93/94 for me at this youthful stage but I wouldn’t be surprised to see it pick-up another point or …
