Wines from China tasting (Cardwell Cellars, Melbourne) : Sweet wine made by stopping fermentation early by adding spirit. Entices flavours and aromoas of rose water, oragne peel, rose and maybe rhubard. Sweet (but not luscious) with pronounced intensity. I've not had a sweet wine like it on account of the aromatic profile. 92 might be a squeak too generous, but the wine curious should give this a go. Deserves the convo.
