This is really nice. earthy nose of mushroom, forest floor, fruit is subdued. acidity and tannin to continue aging for several more years.

More advanced than last bottle. Needs one hour of air. Probably drinking at peak and should be good for a few years yet.

Opened 6 hours. Still a lot of red fruit, elegant, more mineral, a bit more earthy. Good balance, dusty tannins, some acidity. More subdued, still has several years ahead.

Opened 4 hours. Cherry, leather, flowers on nose. Palate is full of fruit, white pepper, sweet tannins. Elegant, lot of structure, aging really nicely.
