-- popped and poured -- -- tasted non-blind over a couple hours -- NOSE: medium-strong oak note right upon opening; non-descript and concentrated purple berries; hint of moldy cheese rind --- like Tomme de Savoie. BODY: medium bodied; hazy garnet-ruby color of medium depth; slight bricking at the edges. TASTE: very oaky; tangy; purple-fruited; prunes; 13.5% alc. not noticeable; sweet oak; tannins are mostly resolved. Drink Now.
