Mid tone gold, with perhaps a slight green tinge. Freshly cut grass, melons and pineapples emit from the glass. Medium body, medium acidity and almost a sparkle to it. Lingers long with with lemons coming through at the end. A really terrific bottle of wine. Lip smacking.

Lovely golden straw in colour. Big palate of grapefruit and citrus in general, honey and white flower. All come through in taste, medium body with a waxy long lasting finish. Not overly acidic, and wonderful balance. Still young and will be great with time. Really enjoyable.

Terrific nose, long finish, nice structure. Tasted about a month before consuming it fully. Used Coravin to seal- seemed to mellow just a bit over that time. Probably needs another year to be perfect, still a bit of stronger acid in the finish

Zieht einen sofort in seinen Bann. Wiesenkräuter, Stein, unterstützende Säure, sehr klar am Gaumen. Ein Sancerre von der eher kargeren Sorte, sehr fokussiert.

Light lemon-golden, watery rim @12.5% abv. Aromas of gooseberry, honeysuckle, yellow plum, sage. Dry, medium acidity, medium(-) alcohol and medium body. Medium(+) palate of elderberry, peach, lychee, rambutan and faint pepper notes. Balanced approach characterized by a crystalline purity and fine-structured acidity. Way more weight and presence than many antipodal counterparts. Excellent!
