Nice Prosecco. Fresh, crisp but also shows some depth and body. Punchy little bubbles. Good staying power on the palate. Some secondary wet white stone flavors sneaking up that just keep coming.

A rather basic prosecco. A ton of apple on the palate. Floral notes on the nose. Found the acidity a bit harsh. Had this on its own and I wouldn't seek it out again. Would probably make for a good brunch mimosa, but standalone you can definitely get better at the price.

Great QPR. Went great with fish appetizers. Pleasant acidity, with citrus and floral notes on the palate. Despite being described as extra dry on its label, this wine was moderately dry. Enjoyable.

Apparently some labels on this Prosecco alter 'Casa dei Faveri' to 'Casa Farive' (as my bottle has it), a typo? Or could they be two separate wineries? Maybe wine bottle labels are like postage stamps, collectors looking for unusual typos, upside down prints, winery or importer labelling mistakes, etc.; produced in Italy by Cantine Vedova SRL; Orvino Imports, Coral Springs, FL; alcohol 11%, very effervescent, a tight, transparent yellow, fast legs; cork hard to get out, nose is heavy with …
