Tasted as part of a pairing with a tasting menu at Dill Restaurant in Reykjavik Iceland. This blend of Cab Franc, Cab Sauvignon and Gamay is light ruby to garnet in color. Fresh and lightly fruity, pleasant on its own and very nice with a Braised Lamb head and shank dish that was very unique and delicious. Nice pairing but the wine sort of just blended into the dish rather than elevating it.
