Tangy citrus, lime peel nose - some bottle age character starting to appear. Medium sweetness but very well judged and tangy acid finish - with an almost tropical citrus finish. Slightly earthy notes add interest. Good wine.

Honey, minerals and a hint of lightly caramelized apple. Young, but a delicious sweet and round palate with excellent acid definition. Slight bitterness on the finish which detracts at the moment. Very young, but should age well for the next 5 years.
