Reminds me of lychees in a ginger-infused syrup. Big and bold, but undelineated and flabby. Could use more acidity to match the sugar and alcohol.

Floral nose, touch of verbana, tropical fruit. Bittersweet palate with a long good finish.

Off-dry. Typical lychee and rose aromas. A little citrus. Tasty but could use more liveliness.

Pear, golden delicious, mandarine, lychee, pineapple. Nice fruity sweetness very well balanced with fine acidity. Strong and intense flavors. I really enjoyed this great Gewürztraminer.

A biodynamic Gewurztraminer from a plot in the Clos des Capucins vineyard. Fermented and aged for 10 months in old, neutral oak vats. 13,5% alcohol. Pale lime green color. Sweeter than I expected from an Alsatian Riesling. Good but not sure how well it will age. Drink up!

What kind of wine comes from a patisserie and fruit store? Fresh baked goods at 6am with apricots? That's this wine. Something special.

Light golden yellow. Rose petals, banana juice and oriental spices in the nose. Agreeable, but a bit murky. Oily texture in the mouth, quite sweet, a bit murky as well. Not my cup of tea.

drier than I expected, with apple and quince notes, some spice and slate...easy drinker that went well with the scallops at Trio.
