Citrus driven nose but with a green tropicality to it as well. Ripe lemon and underripe pineapple on the palate. Warm baking spice and firm acid. A very good wine but I'd like those tropical notes to be a bit riper, maybe that's unreasonable for Mornington. Years to go yet here for those with the patience.

Another great Yabby Lake chardonnay. Lots of flavour levels with melon and yellow stone fruit with underlying oak.

Wonderful chardonnay here. Hints of chablis but with a bit more body. Lemons, salinity, grapefruit, minerals, just a whisper of very integrated vanilla and nut oak. A bit of honey developing too. The flavours just roll on, the acid is lively and the flavours complex but harmonious. Just delicious and I wouldn't be surprised if this had another 10 years in it.

Very meursualt. Usually prefer mlf but this with a little age is elegant one of the better Aussie chardies I have had this year.

Taut and crisp with apples and lemons jostling together. Very long satisfying finish suggests good ageing potential ahead.
