Clear and bright, deep ruby colour and inky legs. The nose is clean and developing, showing medium intensity aromas of strawberry, plums, dark cherries, vanilla and toffee. The wine is dry with a medium acidity, medium+ tannins, high alcohol, full body and medium intensity flavours of strawberry, plums, green bell pepper and vanilla. Medium+ finish. It is a good quality wine, with a decent complexity and a good structure, however it needs more acidity and fruit to balance the alcohol …

Displaying pure aromas of damson this has a faint start but quickly catches up on the palate with its rounded tannins and matching acidity.
