Kendall-Jackson Cabernet Sauvignon Vintner's Reserve

This wine aged *very* well for us, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Dark, smooth flavors and aroma. Wish we had more!

aged very nicely in the bottle. soft front with black cherry and currants in the middle, nice soft tannins amd a full finish.

Did not decant, especially after reading some previous notes about its age. Nice nose of red fruit and cocoa powder. Tasted of dark chocolate covered cherries. A nice new world flavor. Acidic yet smooth. Over all a very enjoyable bottle of wine.

I probably should have consumed this a year or two ago however it is still drinking well. Nice nose of red fruits with a touch of smoke. Medium weight on the mid-palate but short on the finish. I would definitely consider buying some more of this in a more recent vintage, it was enjoyable.

Forgot what I had this with, but it was excellent! Caryn cooked up some tasty steak and potato dinner. Yum! Will buy it again if I see it.
