Bubb + Pooley Chardonnay

Really good. Has depth and length. Linear and contemporary in style. This is my type of jam out of Tassie. Drink now or later.

Moncur Cellars Chardonnay (Bistro Moncur, Sydney) : Medium minus intensity aromas of slightly dusty spices, smidge of reduction, citrus, slight marzipan, an odd wet dog note (?), Searing acidity is too sharp and is chased by drying (though silky textured mid palate) grip.

M2. Nice and light. Gimlet in Melbourne.
