Noma (Restaurant Noma in Copenhagen) : The nose had a hint of elderberry. It tasted nice with a hint of elderberry. There were some nice acid ala lime with touch of melon. Long and elegant finish. Young wine that still felt ready to drink. Mixed perfectly with the elderflowers in the food.
