Stored for 2-3 years in the cellar which has been favorable. Yeasty notes, stone fruit, ripe pears, floral tones Citrus, creaminess, ripe apples, floral tones. Long intensive aftertaste

Structurally this is well done - bone dry, good fine caliber mousse that is a tad bit too energetic day one but perfectly balanced day three (sic!). On the nose its very neutral - like early picked berries can sometimes leave a bit to desire in that department. On the palate it is extra brut (like it says on the label) with some lemon grass, sarsaparilla and perhaps a Granny Smith apple in there if you can imagine a Granny …

Nose: Soft apple and mandarin. Nougat, light mineral, bread, cellar. Palate: Soft quite low acid, but balanced. Some cheese notes and citrus rind. As often is the case with Jura wines the QPR is very good.

Some apples in a light body without complexity and interest. real disappointment.
