Post-dinner samples from wife. Drank in Grassl Cru. Appearance is clear, medium intensity, ruby colour. Thin legs Nose is clean, medium+ almost pronounced intensity, with lovely aromas of dark floral violets, concentrated ripe red cherries and strawberries, lingering hint of smoky gunflint reduction. Youthful. On the palate, dry, lovely high acidity, low alcohol (12%), supple cottony low tannins, medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavorus of plush ripe red cherries, sweet concentrated strawberries, sweet spices. Medium finish only. Very good …
