Relaxed evening with some wine geeks (Hotel Sonne, Partschins, IT) : *** brief notes from memory *** Hmm, ok, a "Champagne" clone from Alto Adige. Uncomplicated, harmless, nothing special or exciting, not even fully dry, if I recall it correctly. For this price tag you can get way better Sparkling in Italy or anywhere else. 86
