Opening up now with age..this wine could go long to 2015 or beyond ..built for the round the world trip. A beauty...nutmeg, spices, acid, lime, mango, dried bark and figs. 93+

Nutmeg, peaches, lime and lemon give way to a strong acidic backbone that is balanced and nervy. should improve over next 3-5 years ...perhaps longer.

This is a nice chardonnay. Aromas of lime juice with the palate dsiplaying a nice balance of fruit and acidity. The finish is short.

This wine is still asleep in 2007 and frankly needs a least another 2-3 years in the cellar before it really even has the nose/bouquet that we all know is coming. The palate is loaded with dried apricots, nuts, figs and a stream of acidity that would seem could take it deep into the 2010-1013 territory and beyond. Drinking this now is infanticide. Shame on me! 89++ points. Should be the frog that turns into the maiden if all goes …
