Has grown on me and actually a really quality NV option at a great QPR. Good acidity and citrus flavours, even if maybe slightly over acidic for my taste on balance but at this price point as good as can be reasonably expected. No real brioche notes or flavour but definitely a bit of honey on the palate and even some elderflower (maybe). Paired it with roast chicken and worked wonderfully.

Pale straw yellow. Pears and biscuits on the nose. Persistent fine mousse. Nicely winey with pears apples and bready notes.

good nose - properly mature with marmite and biscuit notes Lovely fine bubbles, not hugely fruity SOme mature cakey notes and a nice finish Nice to have a NV with a good bit of maturity. Perhaps not as complete as the Wine Soc NV but good.
