Domaine Gallet (Henri et Philippe) C�te-R�tie

Opened with a little trepidation, only because I know Gallet can be really structured and unyielding at times (and I recall a bottle of the '99 recently that still felt almost painfully young). But this is fantastic, incredibly fragrant with that archetypal C�te-R�tie floral/spicy perfume, and a core of fresh red fruits and green olives beneath.
