Lemon curd nose, solid acidity. Palate has notable minerality, lemon pith, a slightly creamy texture.

Very delicious wine fragrant flower and sea brine or olive brine notes extending into flavors. Nice now, but still very primary. Seems to have the "stuffing" to age well--next bottle in two years.

notes from memory a few days later. medium oak. just enough acidity to stay well balanced. would like there to be a little more citrus, but overall, a nice California chardonnay. needs to be served chilled to keep it fresh enough.

Good acidity and balance, not too buttery and rather nice on the palate.

Very good and fits well into their space between the traditional chardonnay and the unoaked ones. Fruit forward with a good oak balance, it's refreshing, but still satisfying. Tree fruit more than citrus. I like this one when the estate chard feels too heavy, but the unoaked feels too light. Very similar to the corral club chard IMO

The first thing you'll notice about that this wine is the color. It's almost clear as water. The nose is very floral with apple and pear undertones. It also has quite a bit of spice. The palate is slightly sweet. There is lots of apple and pear fruit upfront. Underneath was some very nice spice. It finishes with some very tasty floral notes. This is my style of Chardonnay.

This Chardonnay is crisp, dry, clean on the palate, and long on the finish. Plenty of citrus in the nose and none of the buttery oaked Chardonnay of the past. More like one of the best SBs you have ever had the pleasure of drinking. Merry Edwards' SB '07 all gone, but at half the price this Chardonnay is the next best thing.

Very good--the lack of oak really leaves the drinker curious about the varietal. Good body, a bit citrusy (in a good way), stands up well to food without overpowering.
