Matassa Tasting (Ruby Wine, San Francisco) : Fresh red plums on the nose, with pretty earth-forest funk. Hey, it’s still pretty. Palate showed gently ripe and bitter plums, light powdered graphite (this was surprising). Watered down river minerals.
