Consistent note!

Unimpressive with bright acidity.

Tonight it was somewhat simple but very pleasant. Nice yellow fruits with a mineral backbone and good balance.

Juicy with great balance and long full taste. A great value at this price.

Drunk over three days. Interesting dry white in its combination of high acidity with more meaty flavours (it reminded me of parmesan at one time) and oak notes. I had expected a more aromatic wine, though, but it delivers good value for the price. Needs a lot of air to open up -- clearly best on day two and three.
