Very cool wine. Different nose, almost an old world nose with a nice, round new world finish. Very nice, and surprising for the sub-$10 I paid for it! Wish I had more.

Wow! Wish I still had a case of this. Excellent QPR! Delicious! I’d bet that it still has at least a couple of years left if stored properly.

PnP...was just a hot mess! Came back to it after an hour. The wine opened up nicely. Dark purple in color. Great nose of black fruit. Plum, cassis, and spice on the palate. Medium to full finish. Not very complex, but a well made wine. I'm pretty pleased with the QPR of this wine. Can you really get any better for $10? This wine really needs to be decanted at least an hour to enjoy, otherwise it will be a …

Nice cassis spice on the nose with plum flavors on the palate and a smooth finish. Good price to quality ratio.

Vis- dark inky purple. Nose- didn' gove this one much time, but plummy Palate- tasty, tangy, dark berries and cherry ish. Agree with reviewer who said pomegranate. Warm finish. After some tome the tang diminishes slightly and finish picks ip some chocolatey bitter notes...this is not overdone though. Not bad for the $.

Good at its price point. A bit on the sweet side though.

Cherry and pomegranate on the nose with a spicy, peppery mouth. It's certainly palatable, but anything approaching 90 Points seems overrated to me, even after lengthy decanting.

To bring out its best, give it plenty of time to air and it punches well above its price. Pretty impressive rich flavours. It's full, ripe and drinkable

Air time shows aromas that blossom into dark fruits of blackberry, blueberry, plum and dark cherry that is seasoned with notes of cinnamon, star anise, pepper and clove. Ancillary scents of licorice, eucalyptus, vanilla, toast and violets. The palate is full with rich dark cherry, blackberry, blueberry and plum that is packed with vanilla, violets and spice notes that includes cinnamon stick, star anise and black pepper. Black licorice, camphor and toasty oak notes chime in as well. The ripe …

Very drinkable, but perhaps not the most food-friendly of wines. Full bodies, dark fruit, and easy going brown spice. Lacking in the tannin department. Drink up.

(Australian Tasting, Vino, Hollywood, Florida). This blend of Shiraz (58%) and Cabernet (42%) has a medium purple color and a nose of dark fruit, plums and eucalyptus. Initially, it was a little hot, revealing it's 14.5% ABV, but this quickly dissipated with vigorous swirling and glass time. The wine tastes of blackberries, cherries, spice, and pepper. It is medium bodied with a relatively short finish. Overall, it seems to be lacking finesse and acidity and tastes flabby.

Black cherry colour, dark berries, liquorice and mint on the nose. Spicy palate - clove, allspice, dark cherries and black currants. Tar on the finish. A real mouthful with a medium-long finish. Paired with slow roasted beef in a smoky chipotle-ancho sauce that included a mix of oregano, cumin, cinnamon, red wine, beer, tomato, raisins and almonds.

opaque black with deep dark purple hue. Blackcurrant ,blackberry , and dark plum aromas with hints of menthol, medium to full bodied palate has generous rich blackcurrant and blackberry flavours with some liquorice . Dryish finish with aftertaste of slightly chalky tannins. Good ,but much better langhorne wines out there to drink

Dark, juicy, and complex, this has freshness and unctuousness together (and is indeed spicy) and works really well at that pricepoint.

This is a very well executed and refined red wine that eschews the stereotypical Langhorne Creek style and focuses on a balance of more subtle and interesting elements. The nose has an predominantly earthy and spicy approach with briar, red currants, rose petal, crushed rock, and menthol. There is no heavy fruit element or unbalanced alcohol. The palette is fresh and dense with a fantastic tannin/alcohol balance and some chewy acidity to round things out. The finish is not exactly …
