A pretty surprise and frankly tasted blind we would have probably said franciacorta if we were told it’s not champagne. This is very well made, quite pure and dry, devour of any confectionery side that frankly one would have expected and have a lovely mineral feel along with a focussed palate. British sparkling wine makers take notice here. Superb 90
