Pale yellow in color and clear in the glass. Aromas of lemon meringue, apples, and white flowers on the nose; Tastes of apples, lemon zest, and salinity on the palate; medium body with medium(+) acidity; long, lemony, and saline finish. Such a pretty nose that I could just sniff it without drinking it.
