Lovely golden honey yellow in colour, with a very floral and gooseberry nose. Really rounded mouthfeel with a balanced acidity, great fruit flavours of lychee and gooseberry. A great easy drinking Sauvignon Blanc.

The wine is clear and bright with a pale lemon colour and presence of legs. The nose is clean and developing, showing pronounced aromas of gooseberry, mango, grass, mint and hints of green bell pepper. The wine is dry in the mouth with a high refreshing acidity. Quite a tropical styled nose, powerful and aromatic. A little more subtle on the palate, the tropical mango flavour is there but with fresh grapefruit and lime notes. Full flavoured with very zippy acidity.

Very well-made Sauvignon, lots of gooseberry, grassy fruit on the nose. Citrus and apple notes. Slightly smoky. Citrussy, elderberry palate, lots of gooseberry, dry, high acidity on the finish, some length. Very refreshing, acidity balances nicely with the fruit. Well-constructed and very pleasant.
