Bott Frigyes Juhfark Vinculum

Tasted blind. Lovely aromatics, with pear, bright core of acid and fruit with medium weight. Apple, pear and nectarine reminding me a lot of really well-made Chenin Blanc. Terrific wine here.

Purchased in Budapest. I liked this wine the first time I tried and others thought this was dyn-o-mite. There is high salinity and almost a pickled note with the pear fruit. I was the only picking that up. Guesses were all over the map but enjoyed by all.
