Anna Spinato Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut

Cannot remember how I got round to owning this bottle. Likely a gift. For the price I think this wine is underappreciated. I initially was planning to use to for cooking! Not a lot of bubbles, pale lemon in colour, lime, lemon, green apples, fresh cut grass. Not too acidic but interestingly the finish have a slight mineral finish instead of the initial fruit.
