dark ruby, dense flavours, dark cherry and berries, pack of sweet herbals, some spices, vanilla and liquorice, m+ body, smooth and furry tannins, some oak, mineral and savoury notes in finish. very good on density, balance and complexity. tastes surprisingly fresh and young, still a lot of potentials, can hold more 3-5 years confidently, though very well mellowed at the moment. a top-level Central Otago! WS 90, BC 95 Ap 5/5, Ar 13/15, Palate 18/20, Overall 4+4/10 Total 94/100

Aged well. Blackberry and aniseed flavours coming thru for me. Much deeper & smoother than one we drank a few years earlier

Typical new zealand pinot, fruity, round, very nice. Can probably last for a few years.

Quick NZ Cellar Doors : 25-30% whole bunch. Amped up floral notes with stems, licorice, cherry and oak that fits into the bigger picture well. Palate is structured and shows a serious side with the oak and fine tannins. The fruit is nicely full and this should all integrate together well given time.
