This wine is a Cabernet Franc/Cabernet Sauvignon blend from Virginia. While Francs can be headstrong and harsh, the blend is very well done. Has notes of citrus and slight pepper aftertaste, which doesn't linger for long. Very good with steak. Not much of a finish, and the tannins are strong and almost a bit alcohol-ish. Still, for the price would buy again as a decent steak wine.
